AXY Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") describes the terms under which AXY Company LLC ("AXY", "we", "us", or "our") provides refunds and handles cancellations for the services offered through our website (the "Site") and under any related service agreement. By purchasing, authorizing, or using our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to this Policy.

1. Overview

AXY provides professional marketing, e-commerce, and consulting services, including but not limited to audits, consultations, store setup and optimization, advertising management, sourcing, content, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services"). Because our Services are professional and time-based in nature, this Policy explains when payments are refundable and how cancellations are handled.

2. Acceptance of This Policy

By submitting payment, signing a proposal or service agreement, or otherwise authorizing AXY to begin work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, any applicable service agreement between you and AXY. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.

3. Nature of Our Services

Our Services are professional services that require the allocation of time, labor, expertise, and third-party resources. Work may begin promptly after authorization and payment. Once work has begun, time and resources are committed to your project and generally cannot be recovered.

4. Payment and Authorization

Fees are due as stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Payment may be required in full in advance, in installments, or on a recurring basis. By providing payment information and authorizing a charge, you authorize AXY and its payment processor to charge the agreed amounts for the Services.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of Services at any time by contacting us in writing at account@axyglobal.com.

AXY may also cancel or suspend Services at its discretion, including for non-payment, breach of the service agreement, or unlawful or abusive conduct.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated based on the amount of work performed and the resources committed at the time of the request. Where a refund is granted, it is limited to amounts paid for Services that have not yet been performed or made available. The following are generally non-refundable:

AXY provides its Services with professional care but does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, revenue, traffic, sales, or other business result, as such results depend on many factors outside of our control. Lack of expected business results does not make services refundable if the services were performed.

8. Service Issues

If a client believes there is an issue with the services provided, the client must contact AXY in writing and describe the issue in reasonable detail.

AXY may, at its discretion, review the matter and offer a commercially reasonable remedy, such as additional service time, correction of specific work, clarification, or other support.

Any such remedy is provided at AXY's discretion and does not create a right to a cash refund unless required by law or agreed in writing by AXY.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact AXY first to resolve any billing or service issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for services that were authorized, started, performed, delivered, or made available may be treated as a breach of this Policy and the applicable service agreement.

AXY reserves the right to provide the payment processor, card network, bank, or other dispute reviewer with evidence of the client's authorization, payment, communications, service agreement, service delivery, and this Policy.
